VLADIMIR PUTIN – President, Russia(even powerfull than obama)
3rd consecutive President of Russian Federation (sort of). Putin is the most powerful people in the world (at the time of writing). Last time he surprised everybody by winning the election. Putin is in the news due to his annexation in Crimea. US and the west couldn’t do much except some sanctions.
This ex KGB officer poses significant risk (not exactly, but challenge) to the US influence in the world, and he tried to flip the game. Being an ex military person he has a great personality. Vladimir Putin controls world’s largest Nuclear Arsenal, world’s largest oil and gas reserve and world’s largest territory (Russia). Permanent seat in UN gives Vladimir Putin ability to influence international affairs (by vetoing decisions of US and West).
